⚫️ Where are the units located? At 600 W. Main Street, Brawley, California 92227
⚫️ Will the units be cooled? All units will be insulated and climate controlled.
⚫️ What about electric bills? Units will be separate metered.
⚫️ Will the units have solar? YES!
⚫️ Will there be association fees? Yes, there will be. This has not been finalized but anticipated to be approximately $150/mo.
⚫️ Can I power my rig in the unit? Units will all have 50 amp plug to leave motorhome or trailer plugged in to charge up and keep refrigerator cold plus lighting and utility outlets (note: utility outlets are strong enough to keep refrigerators cold if they were going to share a garage with a friend.)
⚫️ Is there a wash bay? Wash bay is proposed to be a cantilever structure at this point in time (helps with clearances)
⚫️ Will there be a dump station? YES!
⚫️ Will I be able to fit everything in? Door heights are 15' by either 24.5' or 31.5' wide.
⚫️ Can I back into the unit? Yes, the driveways oversized to allow for vehicle and trailer maneuvering.
⚫️ How do I reserve a unit? Call or email us today - Only 10k needed to hold your unit!
⚫️ Can I buy one as an investment? You have the opportunity to purchase one as an investment and rent it out for cash flow. Rental rates are approximately $1.25/SF.
